As a long-time customer of Market Street, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent changes implemented by the store. Over the years, I have consistently spent approximately $600 per week at Market Street. The store’s reputation as a reliable and customer-friendly establishment was built on the exceptional service provided by its staff, the cleanliness of the store, competitive pricing, and the quality of its deli and bakery offerings. The store’s “buy one, get one free” promotion and other customer-centric initiatives further solidified its position as the premier grocery store in the area. However, the recent changes have had a detrimental impact on the store’s reputation. The introduction of the app, the relocation of registers, and the implementation of a self-checkout system have all contributed to a decline in the overall customer experience. Furthermore, the reduction of the store’s operating hours to 9:00 pm if you prefer a Market Street employee to scan groceries and sack them, leading to a subsequent shift to a self-checkout model have resulted in a significant inconvenience for customers. During my recent visit to Market Street in Frisco, I wi

I tend to judge a place by how clean their bathrooms are. If the restrooms aren’t clean or don’t have the basic supplies customers need, it really makes me question how clean and sanitary things are behind the scenes. I’ve also personally seen employees use the restroom, barely wash their hands, and then go right back to work, which is honestly concerning. The condition of the bathrooms has been consistently unpleasant—often there’s no toilet paper in multiple stalls, visible poop on the toilet seat, mess in the seats, and the floors and stall walls are dirty like nasty. On top of that, the overpowering artificial scent mixed with the unclean environment just makes the whole experience worse. It’s hard not to feel put off when something so basic isn’t being maintained properly.

Outstanding grocery store experience This is one of the cleanest and best-organized grocery stores I’ve visited in a long time. Even during a very busy hour, the entire store was well maintained. Every aisle was properly front-faced, stocked, and clean, which shows strong store standards and great leadership behind the scenes. The customer service also stood out immediately. Every employee I passed while they were working greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. That kind of attentiveness makes a huge difference when shopping and reflects a team that clearly cares about the customer experience. The fresh departments were especially impressive. The bakery, seafood counter, prepared foods section, and meat department were all beautifully presented, fully stocked, and very clean. I didn’t notice any spoiled products, messy shelves, or major out-of-stock items, which is rare during peak shopping hours. You can immediately tell this location has strong store management and great operational standards. The store feels organized, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. Excellent job by the entire team for maintaining such a clean, well-run grocery store with great

Market street is always one of the best grocery chain in Texas. This store is clean and the store associates are courteous. Their bakery section is awesome and provides variety of products with tasty decorative cakes. Cakes are little bit pricey than Kroger. Ample parking outside and self checkout lanes not that busy. The store display for special occasions always brings attention. Halloween or Christmas displays are well decorated.
